Ground Meats – We hang our hats on our ground meats! They’re ground fresh daily from scratch in our store – never from tubes – using only the freshest ingredients, and never any fillers or preservatives. You’ll love our ground pork and our beef/pork/veal meatloaf/meatball mix too.

Poultry – We feature locally raised Miller Amish Country Grade “A” chicken, antibiotic-free and fed a vegetarian, animal fat-free diet. Available in small or family packs. Fresh turkey parts and breasts are available year-round – fresh, whole turkeys too!

Pork – We feature all natural Prairie Fresh Premium grain-fed pork. The flavor can’t be beaten! Select from a wide variety of your favorite boneless or bone-in cuts. Fresh ground pork shoulder is available daily.

Lamb – We sell free range domestic spring lamb. You’ll find a variety of bone-in or boneless cuts, including legs, shoulder roasts, chops, and ground lamb – fresh or frozen in season.

Homemade Fresh Sausages – We make many mouthwatering varieties right here in the store using only All Natural Prairie Fresh Premium pork shoulder butt and spices – never any fillers or preservatives.
