Guacamole Veggie Wrap

  • 6 flour tortillas or spinach flavored tortilla wraps
  • 1 1/4 Cup purchased guacamole
  • 1 Cup salsa
  • 1 1/2 Cup roma tomatoes , chopped
  • 1/2 Cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 Cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup jicama , peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 3/4 Cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 4 Tbsp cilantro , chopped
  • 1 jalapeno peppers , seeded and chopped
  • 2 scallions , chopped
  • 4 Tbsp black olives , chopped
  • 1 1/2 Cup Picante sauce
Recipe photo
Arrange tortillas on a work surface. Spread guacamole over one side of tortilla. Cover with remaining ingredients, except picante sauce. Fold tortillas, enclosing mixture to make a packet. Serve with picante sauce.
